Insurance is compulsory according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. Every owner of a motor vehicle, which is registered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and is not stopped from traffic, is obliged to take out compulsory motor liability insurance for motorists.

The insurance is voluntary and is intended for individuals and legal entities, owners of vehicles with Bulgarian registration numbers — passenger cars, trucks, luggage and camping trailers, freight trailers and semi-trailers, buses, agricultural and forestry equipment, construction and road construction machinery, special vehicles, motorcycles.

Property insurance is designed for individuals and legal entities. The subject of insurance are own, leased, entrusted to responsible custody or disposal real and movable property. The subject of the insurance is movable and immovable property, which is owned or for which the Insured is responsible. In the case of mortgaged or pledged property, insurance can also be concluded in favor of the creditor bank. Coverage is valid with respect to the address specified in the policy

This product is a voluntary insurance under the terms of which natural persons, Bulgarian or foreign citizens permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, are insured for the period of travel or stay outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Covers carrier’s liability claims for loss or damage to goods during road transportation with owned and/or rented motor vehicles, for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, according to the Road Transport Act and for the Territory Abroad, according to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR).

This insurance ensures that the value of goods are protected against potential losses which may occur during air, sea or land transportation.
